What Causes Pain In The Knees?

I am a 57 year old female, been active all my life. Currently do zumba 3 days a week and body pump 2 days a week. I am feeling a pain in my knee (feels like my knee cap) when going up and down stairs or while do squats. I don t feel any pain while walking, sitting.

i think you should take calcium containing food . don't take much stress and take rest.if it doesn't improve after taking rest then consult with the physician where you will be examined.
