What Causes Pain In The Knees?

Hi Doctor I am having pain in both my knees since 11 months I have done x ray, all type of blood test, MRI and bone scan but nothings was diagnosed but doctors are saying that this might be Chondromalacia patella. My symptoms are knee pain , muscle pain,ankle pain,pricking and burning sensations ,swelling,numbness. please look into my case

Hello,

You can take analgesics like Tramdol or Acetaminophen for pain relief.If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. A diagnostic arthroscopy can be considered.
