What Causes Pain In The Knees And Hips While Suffering From Dyspnea?

I am an active 68 yr. old woman. Walk 2-3 miles a day. Early May, I had a little dyspnea with exertion. Then I had an acute episode 2 weeks ago where I could not walk more than 20 steps without having a problem. I was hospitalized for 4 days. Nuclear stress test and echocardiogram were WNL. I still cannot climb two flights of stairs or do my normal gardening/walking without severe dyspnea. Now, 4 days ago, my knees, hips and shoulders have become very painful.

The dyspnea on climbing stairs and activity relate to underlying cardiac status. The pain in knees, hip sound to be from arthritis related.

Hope I have answered your query.
