What Causes Pain In The Kidney Area, Breathing Difficulty And Tunnel Vision?

Hello, I had to pee one day and was hurrying to the bathroom and out of nowhere where I felt this huge terrible pain on my left kidney area. Followed by a painful pop. I had trouble breathing for a minute and had tunnel vision. Now I have pain when I peed and it feels like I have a UTI.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the most common cause could be stone and it might causing the colicky pain it is better to get done the ultrasonography test, till then Di-sodium hydrogen citrate liquid orally can be tried, it may not be UTI, unless did the urine test hope this information helps.
