General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Should monitor your blood pressure and sugar levels, record the results for reference.

The pain could be due to arthritis. Should run arthritis testing. Ringing in ears could be due to high blood pressure. Should check it.

Take oral pain-killers like mephenamic acid. If still no improvement, should go to ER. Neuropathy should be ruled out by neurologist and neurological examinations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
