What Causes Pain In The Hands And Wrists?
I ve been having nerve pain (pinching and popping) in my hands and wrist mostly and sometimes in my arms as well. This has been going on off and on for about 3yrs now. within the last few months it has gotten worse; it s much more steady now and has gotten very bad. My nerves are pinching and hurt very bad and is going throughout my body. Arms, legs, feet, spasms in my back muscles. my veins are 3d and pop. I ve been to nerve doc and my veins are healthy. can you help?

It can be due to neuropathic causes like carpel tunnel or nerve impingement. Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
An MRI scan is required for further assessment.
