What Causes Pain In The Groin Area?

I m not sure if I feel comfortable. I m making pain to my genital organs. I do this because I am a man. I have thought of feminizing myself. Socialy I feel comfortable to be a man. I am uncomfortable with my man body. What is the name of this desease.

As per your history is concerned there are many causes responsible for your symptoms so first ruled out most common infective diseases ,so take Ceftriaxone 250 mg IM in a single dose plus
Doxycycline 100 mg orally twice a day for 10 days

Do a full blood count with differential.
