What Causes Pain In The Groin Area And Right Leg?

I have had umbilical and inguinal hernia surgery 4.5 years ago and am now experiencing what I think is Mesh failure and a lot of pain like a groin strain and sharp pains like something stabbing me. Now I limp when I walk and drag my right leg. It is painful to go up stairs because I can t plant my right leg without pain.
