What Causes Pain In The Groin And Blue Discoloration In The Feet?

Hello, about 6 weeks ago I had a sudden onset of extreme left side, back, and groin pain. Ever since then, the pain has never gone away, but it has diminished to about a level 3 or 4. Now, my feet are turning blue and I have a pain near where the back of my leg or where my inner leg meets my buttock. I have been checked for a kidney stone, which was negative. I do have some arteriosclerosis of my abdominal aorta. I don t want to be paranoid and run to the e.r., but these latest symptoms, along with my other ones are concerning me.
