What Causes Pain In The Forearms And Chest?

A few weeks ago did a bunch of work on my deck prying up boards, putting fresh ones in and noticed how sore my forearms where the next morning, took it as owww thats just normal because of all the work i did, but after a week or so i noticed the pain wasnt going away and in some cases was getting worse, Ive tried to cut back on using my forearms but its tough and finally the other night trying to help lift a chest my right hand completely gave out and had no strenght in it, there now just sore all day and dont know if i should go get it checked out, try icing it periodically, anit inflamatorys, just don t know and could use help

It could be a simple musculoskeletal pain.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
