What Causes Pain In The Eyes Post Cataract Surgery?

i am a 55 year old female and had cataract surgery in February. The surgery went very well, but now I am feeling an achiness in both eyes. Is this something I should be expecting and is there any treatment (eg. eyedrops) that I could use to relieve the achiness?

the surgeon must have recomanded steroid and antibiotic drop. you have to continue those drop. now you have to get reviewed by same surgeon and after examination , whatever treatment he will advise you have to continue the same.
