What Causes Pain In The Epididymis Despite Using Ofloxacin?
Hello, I have an irritated penis glans and I m extremely worried. I ve been tested for all STDs and the result was negative. I have been prescribed strips cream and I applied it to my glans for ten days but still no improvement. I ve also been give a six week course of ofloxacin as I ve been getting pain in my epididymis. I can provided a photo of required. I m extremely worried.

No improvement after using ofloxacin ointment for ten days for a lesion on penis rules out the possibility of bacterial infection. I suggest you to consult your dermatologist again for re-examination of the penile lesion.
