General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It can be simple otalgia.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen and start a short course of antibiotics preferably Amoxclav.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
