What Causes Pain In The Chest, Under The Ribs And Lower Abdomen?

Sir, I have leukaplakia, chest pain, upper gastric pain, pain under my right rib cage, pain at the lower mid region of my abdomen, pain at my pelvics, a persistent dark/pale yellow urine, sight of some growth in my throat region all my symptoms are characterized by pain. Am I having a metastatic cancerous tumor? or is it liver or gastric disorder that is causing my symptoms I am scared though I will be having a gastroscopy and an ultrasound this weekend...pls I need a clue on what may be causing all these syptoms

Chest pain can be caused by heart problem or gastro problem, but to determine the cause, you should take some examination such as ECG or gastroscopy.
Pain in lower abdomen is caused by urinary tract infection or calculus in urinary tract. But you have to take urine test and USG.
