What Causes Pain In The Chest Region?

Hi, I m Ramesh shrestha from Kathmandu Nepal, I have felt pain on my left chest after drinking water , it feels cold on that part just like little water is moving on that part . This is happened since long time but pain is not more sharp . So,I have been ignoring but now I want know the cause of this & also for the treatment/precaution solution. I m waiting your advise . I can understand your concern.
We should rule out cardiac cause first, for your left sided chest pain.
So better to get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both are normal then no need to worry for cardiac disease.
Chest pain with feeling of water inside chest can be seen in pleural effusion.
So get done chest x ray to rule out this.
If all these tests are normal then no need to worry much for any major disease.
Anxiety can also cause similar false symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm. Don't worry, you will be alright.
