What Causes Pain In The Chest And Throat After Choking On Food?

Earlier today i choked on a piece of prime rib and had to havemy husband pound on my back and i waa gasping for air. The piece of meat dislodged but it didnt come out my mouth. I only vomited tge water i drank to try and get meat to go down. Now throat really hurts and chest. What should i do.
