What Causes Pain In The Breasts Along With Abdominal Cramps?

hi, i have had the iud for about 10 months now. last week i had really sore boobs thats lasted about 5 days, the last 4 days now ive had really bad stomach cramps and sharp pains in my lower tummy and just today i started bleeding for no reason at all. is this normal? am i pregnant?

pain in breast and abdominal cramps are commonly occur before and during menses... if bleeding is too much.. then consult your doctor
