Hello,
I understand you, and appreciate your question.

Brief Answer: Most likely myelodysplastic syndromes, without excluding many other diseases.

Detailed Answer:
Complaints have surfaced in 3-4 weeks unexpectedly.
We have reasons to think why excessive tiredness, unexplained weight loss, bones pain, hair loss, and feeling abnormally sleepy are serious problem.
Based only on these complaints we can think about problems with the blood elements.
Perhaps the bone marrow in your body doesn't make enough healthy blood cells, cause low blood counts, which can be founded on blood tests more likely even before symptoms appear.
Low blood cells and other element make you feel excessive tiredness, sleepy, and cases hair loss.
Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are diseases that affect the bone marrow, can cause bone pain, and other complaints like those you mentioned.
Keep in mind that other, less serious conditions can also cause these symptoms.
To diagnose MDS, your doctor will take a medical history and do a physical exam. You also may need blood tests or a bone marrow biopsy.
