What Causes Pain In The Bones?

I am a 53 yr old female in good health. I do have HBP, weigh 145, height 5 5 1/2 . I have been experiencing random bone pain/ tissue pain for the last several weeks. It started in my hip and lasted about a week. Then it moved to my humorous. And yesterday it started in my sternum. It is extremely sore touching the spots. Ibuprofen really helps. Could this be fibromyalgia?

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
These are unusual signs and you need to do bone scintigraphy to rule out some more or less serious disorders. This may also be sign of rheumatoid arthritis so you should see immunologist.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
