My right arm. My bicep is weak and it is painful when having to use it with any force. This started approx. 6 months ago. Recently pain started in my wrist, thumb joint and top of hand. Now the muscle in my forearm is extremely painful, like it is sprained. If I don t use my arm, it will get better over the weekend but feels strained quickly since I use computer at work every day (and like now). I have tried ice and heat to no avail. It keeps me awake at night. I do have arthritis which is getting worse. I will be seeing a specialist Could these be related?
