What Causes Pain In The Arm After Recovering From Viral Infection?

Hi. I had back to back viruses back in December and January with bad flu symptoms. I am still struggling with having an achy skin feeling (particularly on my arms) almost daily especially late afternoon and evening. I also have low energy but I am still exercising and trying to do my normal activities. It is very frustrating and discouraging. I have been treated for sinusitis and had blood work done with nothing particularly worrisome.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

kindly take lots of water around 2 liters because you are dehydrated and also you can use ORS or can make at home with water, salt and sugar. Any fruit juices also help.

You will get a lot of energy and also your skin peeling will go off. Use moisturizing lotion for your body.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
