Hello,

If pain is coming on activity and relieves by rest there is a possibility of ankle sprain. Ankle sprain may be due to medial deltoid ligament sprain. Treatment is ankle binder for 3 weeks especially while walking and ice compression.

Tab Diclofenac Sodium twice a day for 5 days will reduce pain and inflammation.Visit to orthopedic surgeon for detailed clinical Examination is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
