What Causes Pain In The Abdomen And White Flakes Discharge In The Urine?

Hello, for almost 9 months I have been having very sharp abdominal pains bilaterally, towards the end of my abdomen where my ovaries would be. Recently I have seen little white flakes in my urine, that have slowly increased in size. Today the pain in my abdomen has wrapped around my back, and I feel like I m breaking a fever. Im achey, cold, and weak. Im currently visiting another country, so I would very strongly like to avoid a trip to the emergency room. Any idea what this could be?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your symptoms sound like you have some urinary tract infection. You should go for urine analysis. Then if it is urinary tract infection then you should take a course of antibiotics like norfloxacin or levofloxacin.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
