What Causes Pain In Testicles?

Hi. I am 26 years old. Lately, Ive experienced gross hematuria while voiding. It continued for several days, one time it was tea-colored when I woke up, sometimes its red. I didnt feel any pain or discomfort while voiding. I have it checked then the doctor ordered for exams. My urine was negative for infection and my ultrasound revealed normal findings except for my benign cyst at the right kidney. The MD ordered for urine cytology which is being worked up as of the moment. However, lately I am having dull pain at the left side of groin especially behind or at the back of my left testicle. It is tender to touch but not painful. It is relieved with OTC pain med or when I change my sitting position since I am working in a BPO company. Morever, sometimes I feel some pain at the tip of my penis. I remember one night when after defecation, there was a painful spasm at my perineum, like it was coming from my prostate, then later in the morning, my urine was tea colored. Again, I dont experience voiding problems like obstruction or incomplete bladder emptying exept for occasional burning sensation. Is it possible that I have malignancy or inflammation? Right now, I can t see blood in my urine but I have this feeling that I am still bleeding.
