What Causes Pain In Testicle After Having Protected Oral And Vaginal Sex?

Hi doctor, I had protected sex with a prostitute in Dominican Republic. It lasted about 20 minutes and included protected oral and vaginal sex. I am worries because 10-12 hours after this happened my left testicle began to ache. It was dull but still. I am scared this is Chalymdia and if the condom couldnt protect against chalymdia I am probably at risk for HIV as well. I am worried that my symptoms might just be psychological. Please help

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Your testicular dull aching pain after protected sex is not because of Clamydia or HIV. condom protects against these infections. So don't worry much about it.
It might be caused due to little fluid collection in the testis due to mild trauma or due to reaction to ejaculation.
It will subside by itself. Just give scrotal support and avoid sex for next 72 hours.
