What Causes Pain In Stomach And Legs After A Colonoscopy?

I had to have a colonoscopy, but half way though drinking Glycoprep C for my prep. I became very ill, I have a heart condition and had to stop my Clbix 7 day before. I got server cramping in stomach and very bad ache in my legs, server headache, very weak and chest pain. Is this a normal reaction to this prep or was it right for me to stop everything? Cheers
