Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in shoulder radiating to chest during cold weather. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to condition called angina pectoris . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ECG , TMT along with complete blood profile along with troponin t test . Doctor may prescribe isosorbide nitrate , sedative , betablockers , frusamide along with blood thinner . Doctor may also order angiography . For now stay calm and protect yourself from cold .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
