What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blade And Numbness In Fingers?

My right shoulder started hurting Saturday night. Come Sunday my middle and pointer finger from my left hand felt numb and had some pain making it feel weird. Monday pain started from the inner elbows then extreme pain started in both of my arms. Like crushing damaging pain making it very difficult to lay down much less get any sleep. Any advise would greatly be appreciated.
