Hi, my mom's been having trouble with her shoulder to arm area for a few months now. She says the pain started a little above the elbow area, then spread to the area below the elbow, then now, the shoulder too. Now, her limb doesn't hurt much anymore when she doesn't move it. But, she can't raise this arm of hers, nor exert force (opening umbrella). Do you have an idea of what the cause of her pain is? My mom is in 49 years old. She had undergone a surgery last year, removing some of her reproductive organs to remove cysts. Apart from this she's been a healthy person, regularly taking multivitamins.
