What Causes Pain In Right-sided Abdomen, Rib Cage And Under Arm Pit?

I have an ache on my right side up high maybe top of rib cage over to under arm pit. It started n the center under breast but has moved to right side. I don t think I did anything strenuous to cause it. Everything else seems fine. Thanks for your assistance.

Hello,

This kind of sudden chest pain over rib may be costochondritis. Or cholecystitis(gall bladder)pain may radiate. Better take X-ray chest/US abdomen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
