What Causes Pain In Right-sided Abdomen Below The Rib Cage After Riding?
Today I did a long bike ride and I am not in good shape. I came home with a very sore side right next to my left breast and rib cage as the day went on It comes and goes but the dull pain is always there. It feels like trapped gas right under my left breast. Should I go to the ER for heart problems

The symptoms seem to be related to bloating.
I suggest using Simethicone medication.
I also suggest using Buscopan.
