Hi i have weezing which i feel on right side of my chest, i have lost my voice for 4 days now. It started with chills and a fever. I dont have a soar throat but when i feel my neck belfow my chin it feels sensitive to touch. I burst into coughing spells and have coughed so hard my right leg is hurting between the hip and leg. Went to urgent care on sunday , 2 days ago and only thing he gave me was robutussin with codine wich is not helping me sleep at night at all. Tried using an inhaler that i was given last time i was sick and it doesnt seem to help much. Also have geen and yellow flem especially in themorning. When i cough uncontrollably the flem is usually clear. Is this something that may require an antibiotic. Id hate to go back to the dr and pay again only to have them tell me to go home and get rest. Thats all ive been doing the last couple of days. Please advise.
