What Causes Pain In Right Arm And Shoulders Post Cervical Fusion At C3?

I had a cervical fusion done at the c3 level several years ago. Lately, I started experiencing right arm pain from my shoulder down the inside of the arm into my them & forfinger that is getting progressively worse. It is unbearable while at rest and sleep!

Did you have normal sensation in these areas after surgery?
Do you have a sedentary job ?

Your symptoms suggest nerve impingement( some nerves of your spine that supply the sensation to your arm are being compressed ).
I would suggest you visit your neurologist for a detailed examination of you arm to rule out nerve injury.
