What Causes Pain In Ribs And Hips While Lying Down?
| am having trouble sleeping on my sides do to my hips and ribs hurting when there is pressure on them. This pain get worse over an hour or two and wakes me up. I have to switch sides and it happens on that side too. It s really scrappy and started happening a couple years ago. I am 33.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to poor posture muscular spasm is very likely and for that you need to maintain good posture, and in medicine the condition can be well managed with the medicine given below
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone once in day
