Hi,I m 21 years old and I m experiencing pain inside my penis during ejaculation..I ve read the symptoms of prostatis and I do not have those symptoms..urine frequency is normal..it does not pain during urination..only problem is pain during ejaculation..everything else is normal.. There are 2 main explanation for your symptoms:
1. genital infection, get culture of the sperm done to check it out.
2. being uncircumcised. To me, should see urologist for further tests and appropriate treatment as per findings.
