What Causes Pain In Pelvis, Hips, Stomach And Lower Back With Frequent Bowel Movements?

hi I was having some complications I have a lot of pelvic pain and in my hips, my stomach hurts a lot. My lower back aches around my kidney area and I have the urge to pee a lot. and I ve been throwing up/ frequent bowel movements on and off for a week, and am easily nauseated. Last week I had a sharp pain under my breast that comes and goes. I also take birth control I have the Mirena iud (I ve had it about 8 months or so). I can feel it often when I sit, walk or pee and am unsure what to do

Right now you are experiencing a uretric calculus or urinary tract infection. Kindly get a urinalysis and USG KUB done and consult with reports.
