What Causes Pain In Pelvis And Penis With Constant Urge To Pee?

hello..for over a month now I have been having pain in my pelvic area and constant pain in my penis, accompanied by the non stop urge to go pee. I am not sexually active...haven't for over 3 years. The doctors said I have no infection. I can't sleep at all and its driving me insane. Is there any ideas on what is wrong with me? I need help!
