What Causes Pain In Pelvis Along With Headaches While On Treatment For Bacterial Vaginitis?

I ve had a pinching pain in my right pelvic area for a week now. I am on medication for an infection in my urine and BV. I m also experiencing a dull achy headache, Nausea, diarrhea, constipation, no appetite what so ever for weeks now. I m eating and keeping it down though. Food is just not appetizing to me what so ever! I ended up getting an ultrasound of my stomach although no gallstones, the dr said I have a black spot on my gallbladder and suggest getting it removed. two months ago I got so sick and since, I have not been the same. I m so nauseous all the time. I m not pregnant, but I am questioning the gallbladder surgery. Any advice?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
