Hi dear!

Thanks for consulting the Physicians at HealthCare Magic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry as things will settle down very soon.
It seems is due to the sitting posture and the chair you sit in daily for 7hours at work.
1st remedy is change the chair and you will feel a magical relief in no time. Its due to undue pressure on the bone because your chair is unnoticeably hurts your bone.
Never sit on crossed legs when in a chair. Keep legs at 90 degrees in front with the base of your chair. Keep your back straight at 90 degrees no matter it rests on back of chair or not. Take very small breaks, get up and walk a few steps, and come again to work.
Use Ibuprofen600mg twice for 5days.

May you get very well soon and have a wonderful time ahead. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback to help us assist you in a better way. Click at 'I Find This Answer Helpful' & give a five Stars too. Write a review about your experience with me.

Regards!
