What Causes Pain In Pelvic Area Followed By Tenderness?

+While driving I experienced a moderately sharp pain in pelvis area, right side. The pain subsided to tenderness/discomfort over the next few hours. 10 days later the same symptoms exist. There is no bulging or coloration in the area, just the tenderness. Should I see a doctor, and if so, what kind? Or should I just wait and see if it gets better or worse?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case. There are many things which can cause such pain. Two most common possibilities are :
1. It can be nerve compression in the spine. This causes nerve pain. It can be confirmed with MRI. If report is also supporting it than you will need Pregabalin and Merhylcobal tablet for pain. You will also need to take back muscle strengthening exercises.
2.other cause can be muscular pull.
I would recommend you to show it to orthopedic doctor and confirm the diagnosis.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me m know if there is any other followup question.
Thanks
