What Causes Pain In Neck, Left Arm And Chest?
Hi, My husband is 60 years old. Lately he s been having pain around his neck and left arm and chest. some numbness and tingling in same arm. It would go away after rest. When he does have pain, I take his blood pressure and its very high. Tonight it was 168/104. Normally when I take it without pain, it would be 129/68. What could this be. Like i said it comes and goes, especially when he is walking a distance or doing normal activity, nothing straining though.

Looking to the history it seems that he might be having some cardiac ailment like Angina.
There is also a possibility of having cervical spondilitis producing pinched nerve pressure symptoms.
Go for,
EKG,
X-ray cervical spines to rule out cervical spondilitis.
After reports line of treatment can be decided.
