What Causes Pain In Neck, Back, Left Shoulder, Arm And Leg?

Aslamo.o.Alaikum Dear Doctor Sahib. I am 40 years old and from last 2/3 years facing great problems i would like to share my problem with you and want to a suitable treatment or advise please. I have pain my left shoulder , arm and whole leg and also have pain in neck and back muscle. These pain remain 24 hours except when i am sleeping. I m working in office and no any exercise doing by me even walk. Please give me an advise and i will be very thankful to you for this act of kindness. God bless yoy and good by

Hi,

My advice to you is to consult a neurosurgeon and get spine MRI. The probable reason would be any nerve compression. The reason would be diagnosed by MRI.
