What Causes Pain In Lower Back Post Masturbation?
Hello Doctor I m 19. And i have disk compression in my back. Got injured 4 years ago while cricket practice. The problem is usually i have pain in my lower back when i lift or run. But whenever i masturbate i feel very weak and my back also starts paining a lot. A lot. I feel mental and physical fatigue. I masturbate like 3-4 times a week. Please tell me some remedies to improve my health. Please help me out.

It might have caused due to muscle pull. If you have slip disc which is compressing on the nerves, please get treated yourself after going for an MRI. And low back exercises can help you a lot. Please contact your doctor for back exercises. All the best.
