Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum
I understand your concern. Pain in groin/lower abdomen may be due to,
a. Cystitis(bladder inflammation)
b. Urinary tract infection
c. Hernia
d. Varicolele
e. Epididymo orhitis etc
So, your husband need to be examined and investigated for all the probable causes for diagnosis. Hence, be patient and wait for the scan report and communicate the report for further suggestions.
All the best.
