Hello and welcome t HCM,
Pain in lower abdomen near the ovaries can occur in cases of ovulation, salpingitis (inflammation of fallopian tube), appendicitis (inflammation of appendix), etc.
An ultrasound of the abdomen is required to look for any evidence of organomegaly or any other disorder.
Complete blood counts may be required to look for evidence of inflammation.
A combination of clinical assessment and investigations can only manage the condition.

Thanks and take care
