What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back?
I'm 19, 160-something cm, 75 kg and 12 weeks pregnant. I got dizzy a couple of hours ago and went blind and I guess I fell but couldn't see or feel anything. Now I can feel some pain towards the middle and right of my back so I guess that's where I hit myself against God knows what. I'm worried about the baby.i slight pain below my lower belly started developing roughly 15 minutes ago. There is no bleeding Alhamdulillah. What should I do?

In my opinion while reading your story, it may be low blood pressure, so ask the nurse to measure it. Do you lay on back? Please do a visit at your OBS/GYN for an ultrasound evaluation of the baby after your injury.
