What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back With Smelly Urine?
I ve been going to the doctor for the past two years I feel very tired I have a very bad pain on my lower right side and lower back my urine smells really bad they don t seem to find anything say I have a minor infection on my liver gave me antibiotics and nothing is happening what should i do please help
hello, i can understand your concern. based on the history you have provided it seems you have a urinary tract infection. this can be secondary to a stone which might be obstructing. are you a diabetic?? if yes what are the medications you have been using. i would suggest a complete urine examination and an xray kub. with these investigations we would be able to know the presence of pus cells and bacteria which indicate infection and also the presence of stones in kidney or ureter. a culture sensitivity of urine is also advised for prescribing proper antibiotics. kindly drink plenty of water (minimum of 4 litres per day) cranberry juice would be helpful. kindly revert back with the reports for further management. hope i have answered your concerns. thanks for choosing HCM.
