Hi. I have lower right abdomen and lower right back pain for the past four months. No uti or constipation. All blood work, MRI, internal ultrasound, LSspine MRI, sacroillitis blood work. colonoscopy. all normal.the pain is sharp when it comes. Like contractions. Now with chronic occurance my lower back pain is more and feels like drilling and pulsating. Acetaminophen and ibuprofen helps a Lille. I didn t respond to steroids when in pain. Stretching. Moving legs don t increase the pain. Heat gives comfort. Climbing steps, travel makes worse. No appendix or kidney stones either. Any suggestions?
