What Causes Pain In Leg Spreading To Both Arms And Legs?

I woke up 2 days ago with a pain in my leg like I pulled a muscle, yesterday I woke up and it seems like the pain spread to my arm. This morning I woke up and the pain is in both legs, both arms, my neck and shoulders. I have had a doctor in the past tell me I may have fibromyalgia, could this be symptoms?

if pain and soreness in many areas of body are coing frequently without apparent cause for a long period of time, doctors do look to ruling out fibromyalgia as a cause. But this has to be diagnosed by an rheumatologist after a short series of blood tests for arthritis profile and some auto-immune serum tests. So, it is recommended you consult an rheumatologist. For fibromyalgia certain medications are given under supervision. It may be that there maybe no such ailment after tests.
