What Causes Pain In Left Testicle?

hi sir
i have slight pain in my left testicle for 10 days.and its size is also slghtly bigger than right one.
i had also this problem around 12 months back but i consult a doctor which prescribe me som prescription and then i was fine until last 10 days.plz suggest

HI.
This is a recurrent problem for you.
This means there has to be a causative agent. We have to find both.
The most probable cause in your case looks to be urinary tract infection ( may be non-symptomatic) causing orchitis, meaning inflammation of the testis.

You have to undergo a proper clinical examination to be done by a Doctor who can catch many of the problems on your proper history and physical examination and can then guide for further investigations and treatment.

You have to undergo blood / urine-routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity tests. And most important ultrasonography examination of the abdomen for urinary system as well as of the scrotum to confirm what you have.
Remember to take 3 weeks course of antibiotics this time to get a cure.
